10.  Lobsters Our friend Pat White, veteran lobsterman and former president of the Maine Lobsterman's Association, will personally pluck a dozen, hand-selected 1 1/2 pound crustaceans (or if you prefer, 10 2lbers) from the clear, clean waters of the Gulf of Maine and ship them directly to you on ice for your summer party. They'll arrive at your door alive and kickin' and just hours from the depths of their former home in the Atlantic. Minimum two week advance notice. 11.  Dinner for up to ten people at the location of your choice in the greater Sugarbush area.  Dinner (along with appetizers and dessert of course) will be purchased and prepared by chefs Gerry Nooney and Tyler Lewis.  Mr. Nooney is the head of all food and beverage at Sugarbush and putting on intimate, elegant affairs is his specialty.   The plan is to have at least 90% of the ingredients come from local farmers.  The wine will be top shelf and will be paired with the food courses, thanks in large part to our friend Joan at The Waitsfield Wine Shop.  All you do is help with the menu selection, choose your lucky guests, and then sit back and enjoy your own party.   Surely, this will be a night to remember. $1000

13.  3 liter bottle of Laboure-Roi 2006 Volnay (Red Burgundy) This lovely wine exhibits bright red fruits--strawberries and raspberries—with a hint of chalk and the beginnings of a smoky, gamey edge with a nice intensity. On the palate this medium bodied wine has light, fine tannins, a crisp acidity and good length on the finish. 14.  3 liter bottle of Darcie Kent Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Madden Ranch 2008 With aromas of black fruits, blueberries and just a trace of oak, this wine opens up on the palate with a bevy of juicy fruits complimented by depth of flavors and a strong backbone.
