The 2005 auction was a great success, raising over $35,000!


1.  Sunny Sunday An original watercolor from our good friend Joanne Rogers. This 16x20 painting is framed in gold. Its a beauty.
2.  Super Bowl MVP Deion Branch has signed a football for us. Included with this collectors item is an official Patriots picture of him catching his Super Bowl tying record 11th catch of the game. You'll be the envy of your neighbor. $700
3.  Collectors Item: 12 Months-Three World Championships Every Boston fan will want these three framed tickets: Super Bowl '04, Game 2 of the World Series, and Super Bowl '05. As they say in the Mastercard commercials, Priceless. $425
4.  Red Sox vs. Anaheim Sat, June 4th, 1:05. In the first rematch of the ALDS teams, Fenway should be hopping. Four tickets and the seats don't get much better than these. 10th row right behind the plate and if Schilling is pitching you'll be sitting next to the guy with the radar gun. 5.  Kathie Stevens donates another great day for those people who appreciate the best of golf. This is a chance to play one of the finest courses on Cape Cod, Eastward Ho in Chatham. Kathie is a "6" so bring your best game. Valid thru the fall of '06 ONLY $900
6.  Enjoy a week in a 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath house 100 yards from the beach in beautiful Wild Dunes SC. There are 2 Fazio courses, tons of tennis, pools, fishing, boating etc all close by and you are only 20 minutes from historic Charleston. 7.  A one week stay in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Palmas Del Mar in Puerto Rico. Two great golf courses, 14 restaurants, sprawling tennis complex, and a newly renovated Sheraton casino all close by. A fantastic place, once again donated by our friend Dan Lacoff. Check out the view from the neighboring unit at (not Dan's unit description but shows that you are right on the beach). Valid thru April 06 at a time to be mutually agreed upon with the owner. $1600
8.  A rare, ok maybe not so rare, opportunity to play a round with David Volpe at Walpole CC. Its a pick your poison: A) Bring two guests along for a leisurely round, or, if you are looking for tournament action, play in a one day member/guest. B) You can be Volps guest in the annual Fall Fourball held the first weekend in Oct (You will need a USGA handicap). This laid back 2-day event takes your best 18 of 36 holes so takes the pressure off, unless of course you stink it up both days. $650
9.  Our friends at Fischer Skis have kindly donated a pair of Sceneo S200's. These fat carvers are perfect for intermediate through entry-level skiers looking to take their skiing to the next level. Skis on hand are 165's but can be exchange for any length desired (140-175). SRP $400 $125
10.  Lobsters Our friend Pat White, veteran lobsterman and former president of the Maine Lobsterman's Association, will personally pluck a dozen, hand-selected 1 1/2 pound crustaceans (or if you prefer, 10 2lbers) from the clear, clean waters of the Gulf of Maine and ship them directly to you on ice for your summer party. They'll arrive at your door alive and kickin' and just hours from the depths of their former home in the Atlantic. Minimum two week advance notice. Not valid after September 15, 2005. This photo won the Grand Prize in ADIRONDACK LIFE's 1999 annual photo contest and was a featured full page spread. This framed(16" x 20") photo is printed and matted on archival paper. Perfect photo for that mountain retreat.
30.  Does your beach house have one of those long narrow walls that simply begs for something special? "On The Edge" an original photograph by Jim Newton could be the solution. 33.  Feast your eyes, ears and fingers on this Epiphone version of the hottest Les Paul Guitar that Gibson ever made, the Les Paul Jr. It was a lighter version of the more sophisticated electronics of the Les Paul Custom and the other Les Paul models. First produced in 1952, Musicians loved this guitar because it was very light (weight) and the neck was perfect for smaller handed players. Its flat un-carved body was and remains a very attractive instrument today. Epiphone is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gibson Guitars and is the only other entity permitted to build the Les Paul Jr. This lightly used (broken in & sounds awesome) black body, cherry neck and chrome hardware make this great 1st guitar along with a genuine Gibson USA gig-bag, worth $250. 36.  Summer in Vermont Enjoy a week this summer in this brand new, four bedroom condo in Plymouth, Vermont, between the ski areas of Okemo and Killington. Birch Landing is a 30-unit complex in a wooded setting on the shores of spring-fed Echo Lake, and features a pool, tennis court and a clubhouse. The condo has many custom details on three levels of living space, with a king-bedded master bedroom and another bedroom with two queen beds on the second floor, a twin-bedded room on the first floor and a sleeping area in the finished, walk-out basement with a queen bed. There are four full bathrooms, a steam shower and whirlpool tub in the master bath, a seven-person outdoor Jacuzzi, and cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking, and there is a spacious living room, dining area, and a separate den. The lake shore is a five minute walk from the unit, and there is a two-person kayak available for your use. There are fans but no air conditioning. NO PETS and NO SMOKING.
